Connect Health & Community runs a program for Innovative Health Services For Homeless Youth (IHSHY), and has an Outreach Health Worker for homeless young people in Cities of Bayside, Kingston and Glen Eira.
Services provided include:
Homeless and at risk young people up to 25 years in municipalities of Bayside, Glen Eira and Kingston.
Outreach to various locations e.g. Youth refuge, schools, youth centres, youth housing, other community settings if appropriate or needed.
Hanover (housing establishment fund) - (MSHEP - Middle South Housing Entry Point for Youth)
Crisis accommodation and housing support. Financial assistance for rental bond and rent advance.
