This is a great supervised walking program run at Southland Shopping Centre twice a week. Participants can join the Strollers group or the Striders group allowing for differing paces.
Starting with some gentle warm-ups you will spend around one hour walking through parts of the shopping centre under the guidance of a trained leader and assisted by volunteer staff. Best of all the program is run indoors, so you stay warm and secure, and the program runs throughout the whole year.
