VicRoads SDP Cancellation Policy

(a) Minimum Participant Numbers

It is a requirement of the Vic Roads Safe Driving Program that a minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 12 participants are enrolled in the program. In the event less than 4 participants are registered for a program, participants will be transferred to another scheduled program date or issued with a refund.

(b) Program Cancellation

Connect Health & Community reserves the right to cancel the program. In the event that the program is cancelled, all registered participants will be contacted by telephone and transferred to another scheduled program date or issued with a refund.

(c) Participant Cancellations and 'No Shows'.

If a participant cancels their enrolment more than 7 days prior to the program date, a transfer or refund (less 20% administration fee) will be issued. No refunds for the Connect Health & Community program fee ($263) will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the program date or for registered participants who fail to show for the program or are ejected from the program due to behaviour.
