Virtual Holiday: Week 9

South Eastern France

Last week I visited France for the first time and we explored Paris, Lille and Strasbourg.

This week, we continue exploring western Europe’s largest country with visits to Dijon, Lyon and Chambery, and just a few more of my colleague's holiday snaps.

The first city we going to visit is Dijon.

My colleague, Alex's daughter is ready for the ground fountains in this square in Dijon, thanks to her gumboots.

Dijon is probably best known for its mustard, but there is certainly more to see.

The second city we are going to visit is Lyon.

This scupture is at the start of Parc de La Tete d'Or which includes a lake with peddle boats and the free Zoo de Lyon.
