1. With sleep, consistency is key
According to a growing body of research, you're more productive when you wake up at the same time every single day. So set an alarm and be consistent - even at the weekend. 2. Exercise to energise
When you’re exhausted, the mere thought of exercise can be enough to make you want to lie down. But exercise energises you, can improve your mood and quality of sleep, and can even lower your blood pressure. Aim for 20 to 30 minutes a day and you’ll not only improve your physical health, but your emotional wellbeing too.
3. Start the day with happy tummy

4. Say no more often
Don’t try and be superhuman – being tired can quickly turn into something more serious. Be your own best friend and say no whenever you can.
