Staff and community partner awards

We were pleased to honour our staff and service partners on Monday when we held our inaugural Connect Health & Community Values and Partnership Recognition Awards.

Hosted by our Board of Directors and CEO, Amanda Murphy, the event was an opportunity to recognise the amazing work undertaken every day across our organisation, in these particularly challenging times.

To ensure a COVID-safe event, the function took place both in person and online, so as many staff and community service partners as possible could safely participate.

During the event we celebrated staff who won Values Awards and others who were recognised with long-service awards. Team members also gave presentations of the work undertaken to maintain services during the past year, demonstrating their resilience and adaptability.

We also celebrated our service partners who helped make it possible for us to maintain an outstanding level of support to our community throughout the challenges of the pandemic.

Partners recognised included:

Alfred Health and Sandringham Hospital

Connect Health & Community Chair, Lars Schiphorst presents Bayside City Council CEO, Mick Cummins, with an Inaugural Partnership Award.

Bayside City Council
Glen Eira Council
Kingston Council
Central Bayside Community Health Services
Star Health
Sandringham Ambulatory Care centre
Monash Health
South East Public Health Unity (SEPHU)

Congratulations and thank you to all participants, partners and attendees.

We wish you a wonderful festive season and look forward to working together in 2022.
