Service update: 19 October, 2020

Following the announcement by Victorian Premier, Daniel Andrews on Sunday, 18 October, we are pleased to advise that  Connect Health & Community will be restoring our full range of face-to-face services, within a covid safe environment.

Staff and management are now working to reintroduce onsite and personal services across our offering, with further announcements made as details are finalised.

In the meantime, existing priority services, video and telehealth consultations remain available.
