Getting back into the swim of things

News
We are open again and looking forward to welcoming groups back soon.

Our Hydrotherapy pool is welcoming back clients and we are contacting existing patrons to support their return to therapy.  Soon we will be inviting new clients to join our groups.

Getting back into the swim means we must maintain focus on the health and safety of all clients, volunteers and staff.  We have a COVID safe plan that includes the screening of every person entering our site, maintaining physical distancing, and adhering to hand hygiene guidelines.

For the pool that includes:

  • Physical distancing of 1.5 metres on pool deck at all times
  • A maximum of 12 clients per session in the pool
  • Indoor facility density rules
  • Change rooms and showers are only available on exiting the pool
  • Client will need to arrive in your bathers.
  • Clients can only enter the building 5 minutes before the scheduled class start time (early arrivals are asked to wait outside, or in your car).
  • There is a 15 minute gap between classes, so clients will need to leave promptly after sessions to enable the next class to begin.
  • Everyone will have their temperature checked, asked COVID 19 screening questions and receive hand sanitizer on arrival.
  • A cleaning protocol is in place for the pool equipment.
