We wish to assure our clients that Connect Health & Community is implementing a plan for the safe delivery of services through the COVID-19 pandemic.

For now, wherever possible its business as usual, however the health and wellbeing of the entire community remains our first priority.

We are monitoring this daily based upon the advice provided by the Victorian Chief Health Officer and the Department of Health and Human Services.

  • take time out and do something restorative, like exercise, reading or painting;
  • keep in touch with friends and family to make sure they’re well;

  • be a smart traveller — check out smatrtraveller.gov.au

By working together as a community we can make a difference.
