Celebrate International Day of People with Disability
Today is International Day of People with Disability.

A day to raise awareness, understanding and acceptance of people with disability, and celebrate their outstanding achievements and contributions to society.

As a registered NDIS service provider, Connect Health & Community is proud to recognise and support this day of celebrating these amazing people in our community.

In line with today's theme of ‘empowering persons with disabilities and ensuring inclusiveness and equality’ we provide services to support people across all age groups (paediatric, children, adolescents and adults), with no waiting lists on all services.

We provide tailored, expert support including, therapeutic support services, early intervention support for early childhood, exercise physiology and personal wellbeing activities.
