What is the Victorian Healthcare Experience Survey (VHES)?

The Victorian Healthcare Experience Survey (VHES) collects data from consumers of Victorian public health services.

The survey aims to understand the experience of care in Victorian public health services from clients and where appropriate their carers.

The survey assists health services like Connect health & Community and the Department of Health to identify opportunities for service improvement in quality and safety.

Hard-copy surveys will be available be offered by Community Health Service Staff to clients who visit the service or receive an in-home visit.

Electronic surveys, via (hyperlinks and QR codes) are an alternative and can be sent by
