Coming to a letterbox near you...

We've been part of your community for more than 45 years and understand that this year has been hard.

Life in lockdown to beat the pandemic has meant many of us have put our healthcare on hold.  But health issues left unchecked can lead to larger problems in the future.

To help encourage our community to reconnect with their health, we are getting the message out that we are Healthier Together.

Over recent weeks we have been dropping information about our services in letterboxes in Bayside and Glen Eira council areas, and sharing messages through a display at the Bentleigh IGA ...just to let you know that we are here to help.

In all, we expect the campaign will reach up to 100,000 people in their homes or at the local shop. 

And if we can help just a small fraction of those members of our community get their health back on track, that will be a wonderful note on which to end this challenging year and start a happy new 2021 for everyone.

And in addition to this, our community nurses, occupational therapists and community transport drivers will be more noticeable as they move about our community in our brightly branded vehicles, so give them a wave.
