Planning for your future
A Planning For Your Future session will be held on Friday 14 June to help people who have recently been diagnosed with dementia, and their families and carers.
At the session, attendees will learn:
Attendees will also have the chance to recive legal advice and help to complete necessary paper work to create an Enduring Power of Attorney.
The session will be held on from 1.30 - 3.30pm on Friday 14 June at the Castlefield Community Centre, 505 Bluff Rd, Hampton.
