We are healthier together

We are proudly part of this community.

Connect Health & Community has been part of your community for more than 45 years - delivering quality health and wellbeing services for you entire family, from the newest bub to the proudest grandparent.

Our organisation was formed in the 1970s by four local doctors, wanting to provide the local community primary and allied healthcare, regardless of financial status.

We understand the importance of not letting anything stop you get the most from life, with caring team members in every department working to get the best results for your personal needs.

We are committed to a healthy community, offering services for everyone with low fees and further government subsidies available.

And to meet your individual needs, our services are available in person, via telephone and or video appointments.
