Am I eligible for support?
This services is for people living in Glen Eira and Bayside Council areas
Unfortunately we are unable to provide this service for children.
Substantially reduced capacity – to satisfy the NDIS access requirements, a person must demonstrate a substantially reduced capacity in one or more of the following areas: mobility; communication; socialising; learning; self-care; self-management.
If you between the ages of 18 to 64 years you are eligible for support to access the NDIS.
