Volunteer Service Awards 2020

Recognising those changing lives, changing communities

Long-time Connect Health & Community volunteer, Flo, received a 25 year service recognition award before her retirement.
As part of our National Volunteer Week 2020 celebrations, Connect Health & Community is delighted to recognise the achievements of volunteers who have contributed multiple years of service to our community.

To mark the occasion, the following volunteers have been presented with Certificates of Appreciation.

We thank them, and all our volunteers, for the ongoing support that enables us to deliver our vital services across the community and for giving so generously of their time, support and expertise.

Your generosity and dedication are truly 'changing lives, changing communities'.

Thank you.
