With communications volunteer, Leesa.
Last week we wrapped up our Australian-leg of the Virtual Holiday with a trip to New South Wales and Queensland.
I have been to Queensland three times. First time was with my parents and my brothers in 1988 when we drove up, then again in 1990 when my family and friends flew up. I don’t like flying, so the last time I went to Queensland was when my partner and I went on a cruise - and I found that is the way to travel.
Now that we are still in lockdown, I thought we could take advantage of seeing Europe without having to fly, so we are off to Germany, to where my ancestors lived.
The first place we are going to visit in Germany is Berlin. And because there are so many places to go in Berlin, that will keep us busy for the week.
