Connect Health & Community continues to support our clients' health and wellbeing needs with a range of services that includes vital dental, allied health, counselling and community transport.
We are suspending group exercise classes during stage three restrictions.

All our service delivery has a focus on the health and safety of all clients, volunteers and staff. This includes the screening of every person entering our site, maintaining physical distancing and adhering to hand hygiene guidelines.
