Circuit-breaker lockdown

To keep our community safe and respond to the current lockdown, we have had to pause some services or change the way we deliver them.

Changes are as follows:

  • Wherever possible services will be delivered remotely by phone or video conference.
  • Dental services are restricted to urgent care.  Extended dental service hours on Monday, 31 May and Thursday, 3 June are cancelled.
  • Allied health services, whether onsite or home-based, are still being provided for essential, urgent care.
  • Services from our Cheltenham location are suspended.
  • All group programs and classes are cancelled - unless online options are available.
  • Transport services are restricted to urgent care.

Connect Health & Community is committed to providing all services within a COVID-safe environment.

For more information, please call us on 03) 9575 5333.

Some priority clients who require a face-to-face appointment may do so, but telehealth appointments are preferred.
