Meet the team

Introducing...

Meet Jean, our Program Manager, and find out a little about the passion that drives her work to ensure we provide you the best healthcare service.

Jean has been supporting our community for more than 15 years.

What do you do in your role?
I manage teams that provide allied health, nursing and wellbeing services to adults in our broader community in the Glen Eira, Bayside and Kingston areas.

How long have you been with Connect Health & Community?
I have worked across a variety of roles at Connect Health & Community for 15 years, starting as a dietitian.

What do you enjoy most about your role?
I love participating in the development of community health strategies and program, and leading responsive, effective and efficient services. I have a real interest in people within organisations and creating processes to help them work well for the benefit of them and our clients.

What achievement are you most proud of in your work with Connect Health & Community?
The program manager in me is particularly pleased with our work to introduce systems that maintain client information so we are able to best monitor and support clients’ needs.  I am also proud of our work to create one central point of contact for clients, regardless of the service or support needed.

Briefly tell us something about you...
I love …nature, gardening, reading and The Arts. My most recent pets have been rescued greyhounds.
I relax by … gardening and reading
I am inspired by…The renewal in nature and the passion of others

Thanks Jean, and thank you for your work to help Connect Health & Community keep our community connected to their health and wellbeing.
