Users of Connect Health & Community’s hydrotherapy services are advised that hydrotherapy sessions will be closed from Friday, 17 December to enable pool renovation works.
Connect Health & Community has received State Government funding to enable completion of essential pool works at the Bentleigh East facility.
Those works include a new roof, new de-humidifying system and re-grouting of the pool, and will take place over January, February and March 2022.
Final hydrotherapy session for 2021
Hydrotherapy clients are advise that last hydro session of the before the Christmas Holiday break on 17 December, will be the final one held at the Gardeners Rd, Bentleigh East, site until late March 2022.
During this time, Connect Health & Community will host special hydrotherapy classes at Glen Eira Sports and Aquatic Centre (GESAC) East Boundary Road, East Bentleigh. Clients are also encouraged to take advantage of these sessions or other classes GESAC, Waves in Highett, Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre in Albert Park or even Port Phillip Bay.
Keep your multi-visit cards
Clients who have unused sessions on their multi-visit cards at the time the hydrotherapy pool closes for renovations, are advised to keep them for use when hydrotherapy sessions return in 2022, with all credits being honoured.
Connect Health & Community will keep clients updated on the status of the renovation works and looks forward to welcoming clients back into the swim in the new year.
