Getting ready for groups

Our clients that have enjoyed group exercise and hydrotherapy in the past will soon be able to again.

We look forward to welcoming group activities at Connect Health & Community when government guidelines permit.

When the State reaches the 80% target for double-dose COVID vaccinations, we will be allowed to host groups again at our centres.  Clients participating in group activities will need to show us their proof of their full vaccination.

Proof of vaccination is available online through MyGov and Medicare accounts. There is information available on adding your certificate to the Sevice Victoria app here. Or you can If you call 1800 675 398.  If you need assistance to access this, your General Practitioner may be able to help do so on your behalf. We recommend you call your GP to discuss this with them.

We appreciate your understanding and assistance to help us provide a safe and healthy return to on site services for all our community, and look forward to seeing you soon.

If you would like any information about our exercise or social support groups, please feel free to call us on 03) 9575 5333.
