Don't put healthcare on hold

We understand that the pandemic has made it harder for us to do the things that we want and need to do - but don’t put your healthcare on hold.

Connect Health & Community is encouraging the community to reconnect with good health through a letterbox drop over the coming weeks.

With messages in our nine most commonly-used languages, we are encouraging our community to reach out to trusted healthcare professionals.

Connect Health & Community has been supporting the community with quality allied health support for more than 45 years and is ready with services for everyone in the family.

Our services include:

The leaflet seeks to remind our community that many services are available to support everyone's needs, with Government subsidies available for services through Connect Health & Community.
