Recognising that access to testing supports the community’s ability to manage the spread of the pandemic, a testing clinic in Sandringham gives easy access for local residents.

A walk up COVID-19 screening clinic operated by Sandringham Ambulatory Care Centre provides those from the local community with symptoms, the opportunity to get tested.

It is located at the rear of the Sandringham Hospital's main car park at 193 Bluff Road, Sandringham.

David Osman, Manager, Sandringham Ambulatory Care Centre (SACC) welcomed the local testing option, which would reduce the need to travel for local residents.

SACC supports the community with GP and nursing care 365 days a year – treating acute injuries and illnesses - including fractures, lacerations, wound care and general illnesses.

SACC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Connect Health & Community which has been providing community health services to the area for 45 years. SACC is operating the COVID-19 Screening Clinic in partnership with Alfred Health.
